Ginger & caramel ice cream 🍨
Ingredients:
-2 cups of 35% whipped cream (1 cup for the caramel sauce and 1 cup to blend with the sauce)
-1/2 cup + 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
-1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
-1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder
-1 teaspoon of butter
-pinch of salt
Instructions:
Step 1. To make the caramel sauce, to a saucepan, add 1 cup of whipped cream and the rest of the ingredients. Cook on maximum heat for 3 minutes then put the heat on medium and cook it for 3 more minutes.
Step 2. Let the sauce cool down (5 minutes) then blend it with 1 cup of whipped cream. Freeze it for 4 hours.
Step 3. Serve in a cup and enjoy! 🍨 💗
