#ChilliChapathi #Kothuchapathi #Easydinner Super spicy & delicious Chilli Chapathi. Usually this recipe is made using maida Parotta, where it is deep fried before tossed in spices. Here as an healthy alternative we have used Leftover chapathi with very less spices. Makes a fantastic & satisfying dinner. You can opt for this on a hustle day where you don’t neede to make any subzi/kuruma for the chapathi. You can also toss in veggies & left over kuruma in it to make kothu chapathi. After trying this recipe, I am sure you will make roti just to make this recipe🙂 Ingredients: Serves 2 * 1 tbsp Oil * 5 cloves Garlic, chopped * 1.5 tbsp Ginger, chopped * 1 to 2 Green Chilli, chopped * 1 Onion, cubed * 1.5 cups BellPeppers, cubed * 1/4 cup Spring Onion Whites(Optional) * 1/4 cup Spring Onion greens(Optional) * 3/4 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder * 1/2 tsp Coriander powder * 1 tsp Gravy powder used for making kuruma ( can use chicken masala too) * 4 Regular Chapathi/Roti, cubed * 1 tsp Garam masala * 1 tbsp Tomato sauce with 1 tbsp Water * Salt needed Notes: + Adjust chilli’s according to taste. You can also use kozhambu milagai thool, chicken masala or even normal chilli powder to taste + you can add Fennel seeds when tossing the spices. It has a unique flavour in the recipe. + After mixing the chapathi with the veggies, you can also roast it for 5 mins to get crispier Chilli chapathi Try & Comment your feedback Healthy Eating!
