Battle of the Balls Green Dragon vs Lidl Self Raising Flour

This is just a very short video and comparison of the self raising flours from the widely used and pricier Green Dragon brand versus the much cheaper challenger from Lidl, which has been making a name for itself as a real contender against what we know as 'the best'. I'm no professional, this is based on my opinion but just had to do a comparison of them! :)
