SIZE (CHOPPED) 12) BOILED EGG - 3 PCS. (QTR. HORIZONTALLY) 13) TOMATO PUREE - 2 MED. SIZE (GRINDED) 14) YOGURT - 3 TBSP. 15) CASHEW-NUT PASTE - 10-12 PCS (GRIND WITH LI'L WATER) 16) BAY LEAF - 3 PCS. 17) GREEN CHILLIES - 5 PCS (CHOPPED) 18) KASURI METHI - 1 TBSP. (CRUSHED NATURALLY) 19) JYOTRI - 2 PCS. 20) CARDAMOM - 5 PCS. 21) SUGAR - 1/2 TSP. 22) GARAM MASALA - 1/2 TSP. 23) BUTTER - 1 TBSP. 24) WATER - AS REQUIRED -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DIRECTIONS: ------------------------------------- 1) Take a vessel, add cooking oil and Butter and heat it for 2-3 mins 2) Add whole spices and temper for 2-3 mins. 3) Add Ginger-Garlic paste and fry it until the raw smell goes away. 4) Add onions and sauté until they are softened and tinge golden. 5) Add green chillies and tomato puree. Mix it until it blends completely. 6) Add CHICKEN directly and mix it well. Cook it for 5 mins on HIGH flame. 7) Cook it until water separates. Add turmeric pdr, coriander pdr, red chilli pdr. 8) Stir it for 2-3 minutes and put on the LID and let it cook on MEDIUM Flame for 5 mins (until chicken is boiled). 9) Add yogurt and cashew-nut paste and stir it for 1 min. Add little water and put on the lid. Cook for 10 mins on low flame. 10) Add salt and sugar as per taste, garam masala and crushed kasuri methi to cook it for 2 mins 11) Add boiled egg pcs. and cook it on medium flame until the oil separates 12) Your special Chicken Bharta is ready to be served. -------------------------------- HAPPY EATING -------------------------------- Please do try it at your home and let me know how you enjoyed it.Thanks for watching the video.
