Glazed Donut Protein Shake with Caramel
Ingredients:
100 g crushed ice
113 g fat-free cottage cheese
30 g vanilla whey protein
1/2 tbsp 0 calorie sweetener
1 tbsp Hershey's caramel syrup
1 glazed donut
1 c unsweetened almond milk
(whipped cream, optional)
Directions:
Add ice, cream cheese, protein, sweetener, brownie, and almond milk to the blender. Blend. Drizzle caramel syrup around glass. Pour shake into glass. *Top with whipped cream. Drizzle remaining caramel syrup. Insert straw. Or spoon! Enjoy!!! : )
