3 Tablespoons Oil
1 Large Onion
1 Clove of Garlic
1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric powder
500g Boneless Lamb Stewing meat
3 Cups Water
1-2 Dried Lime ( Limo Amani )
1 Bunch Parsley
1 Bunch Spinach
1 Bunch Coriander
1 Bunch Chives
1 Bunch Fenugreek or Dried ( Shanbalileh )
3/4 Cup Kidney Beans ( Canned is fine )
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Salt to taste
1 Teaspoon Tomato paste
1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon/Lime Juice
