Ingredients:

400 Gm Elephant Foot Yam
Step 1: Add 1 tsp turmeric powder and salt. Boil it until 50% cooked
Step 2: Deep fry the Boiled yam
Coconut Oil 4 tbsp
2 pieces cinnamon, cloves
Chopped 2 onions
Chopped 2 tomatoes
Curry leaves few
Ginger Garlic paste 2 tsp
Red chilli powder 2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Jeera powder 2 tsp
Garam masala 2 tsp
Cinnamon powder 2 tsp
Salt to taste
add some water and add the deep fried yam and mix it well.
once water dried add the curry leaves and serve hot.
