Improved Cardboard Fidget Spinner for Craft And Arts

Craft And Arts asked if I could make a fidget spinner from cardboard with no bearing. My answer is yes, if you do not intend it to spin fast. Adding some weights and some sort of hub or axle would help it work but the specification was just "cardboard" so this is what we get. In the improved version I am using thicker cardboard and a small screw as the pivot point.
