This video will demonstrate & explain the: 1. process of Dorsal Slit method of circumcision commonly done in the Operation Tuli in the Philippines. 2. That as part of the Philippine culture, majority of our boys are circumcised, mostly at the age of 10-14 years old. Since this is a demonstration on the process or steps, censorship of the video was not applied. Age restriction is turned off in accordance with the community guidelines.
