Like if youre 10 miles out from the coastsay fishing or just id="hidden45"scalloping shallow distance in the gulfthese areas are widely considered to be coastal waters. There will probably be a distance delineation because i cant see them cutting you off once you physically step off the shoreline. Maybe the distinguishing factor will be outer coastal waters where cruise lines operate so that becomes the maritime demarcation?. ...Expand 1
