Bun bo Hue is probably the most popular Vietnamese soup that isn't pho. Spring rolls (both fresh and fried), banh cuon, banh u'ot, Vietnamese style steak and eggs, and of course the most popular drink from Vietnam - ca phe sua da or iced coffee with sweetened condensed milk. If you haven't had Vietnamese coffee, put that on your bowlket list. Of course, we're eating street food, but we also sit down in a fancy Vietnamese restaurant for a sort of imperial feast.
