Welcome to my first year of handstand!!
I started to train handbalancing elements in May 2019, but i wasn't very focused on getting the Handstand. When i really sarted to taking it seriously was at the end of June. I trained a lot of planche too during this year that gave good shoulder strenght (check my planche progression video) so, my main problem was the shoulder mobility. Also, i have to say that handstand needs more technique than strength so that's why i have lots of fails behind each clip shown. And the OAHS requires 10x more of fails than the normal thats why it could be very frustrating. Another important thing is that OAHS work improved my handbalace a lot, making me able to do cool handbalancing positions without working directly on them.
Hope you enjoy and tell me what do you think about it in the comments section.
