Traditional Indian Saag Paneer
Ingredients:
3 tbs Oil
1 Medium size Chopped Onion
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cummin Powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1/4 tsp Red chilli powder ( or per taste)
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Ginger paste
1 tsp Garlic paste
1/4 tsp Green chilli paste ( or per taste)
2 tsp Cashew powder ( Kaju)
1/4 Cup hot water
1 Cup Tomato sauce / purée
4 Cup chopped Spinach frozen or fresh
(Stir all well for 2 to 3 mins. Cover & Cook for 12 mins )
After 12 mins Blend / Grind
After Blending add below ingredients:
1 tsp Butter
1/4 tsp dried Fenugreek leaves
3 tsp Cream or Whole milk
1/2 Cup Paneer cubes (can use fried Paneer)
Cover & cook for 3 mins
Saag Paneer is ready to serve
