INGREDIENTS: • Rice • Butter • Onions • Garlic • Lemon Juice • Lemon Zest • Spinach • Chives • Dill • Mint • Salt & Pepper • Feta Cheese INSTRUCTIONS: In a pan melt the butter with the onions, garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest. While that’s cooking, in a bowl place the cooked rice, spinach, chives, dill, mint, salt, and pepper. Pour the cooked sauce on top of the ingredients in the bowl and mix together.
