it needed major work clearing all that was left behind by original owner, as well as cleaning.
then hubby started renovating, altering our floor plan.
the original 4 bed/1&1/2 bath is transitioning to a 3 bed/3bath plan.
the original full bath /w walk in shower remains, while a new master en suite is being created! Our third bath will be in the basement level. The original half bath has been converted to a laundry closet perfect for us:
i love what hubby has designed and continues to build!
he also removed an imposing closet that infringed on the space of our kitchen dining area, so there' s now room for a small buffet:
it is ideal for this season of life and we are so grateful for god' s provision and blessing!
you are so wise, your hubby and you, to make a new decision; looking forward to seeing your new digs and all the loveliness you' ll create for yourselves:
