Ingredients for Fish Pakora
gram flour (Besan ka aata)
Green Coriander (sabz Dhania)
Green Chilies (sabz mirch)
Salt (Namak)
Red Pepper (Laal Mirch)
Turmeric Powder (Haldi Powder)
Kasoori Maithi
Dry Coriander (Khushk dhania)
Garlic Paste (Lehsan ka Paste)
Fresh Fish (Taazi Machli)
Ghee or Cooking Oil
How to make Fish Pakora Step by Step
1. Take a pot and add these ingredients ( gram flour, Green Coriander, Green Chilies, Salt, Red Pepper, Turmeric Powder, Kasoori Maithi, Dry Coriander and Garlic Paste ) then mix it well and your fish masala is ready.
2. Now add fish pieces into the fish masala you previously prepared.
3. Once the fish is well seasoned, marinate it for an hour.
4. After one hour take a pan and add cooking oil then make it warm.
5. Now fried your fish in low flame.
6. after 20 minutes your fish pakora is ready.
